Brewhouse Update 1

This is our brewhouse update 1. Check back regularly to keep on top of what we are up to.
With the boys back from Philly, it was straight back into the swing of things.
Simon has been working on extending our already massive cold store. This means more beer for everyone!
Mike visited The Cheese Board‘s cheese and beer pairing night hosted by Ned Palmer. Ned paired a collection of UK cheeses and South London breweries beers. If you haven’t been to one of Ned’s events then put it on a list. There is no pretentiousness, it’s simply a passionate man who knows his cheese and beers and loves discussing it with people.
We hosted the first tasting session at BOB Wines Sydenham. If you haven’t managed to pay them a visit, we recommend you do. They source all the beers from through out London and have fill your own take away wine. It’s great
Sam & Charlie have been working damn hard preparing for the next expansion. Sometime’s it’s like their not speaking English. The next 6 months are going to be huge and we can’t wait to show you guys everything along the way.
Yovcho & Richie have been finishing up our new experimental beer which will be available in the coming weeks. We won’t give too much away but we think you’re going to like it. Talking of experimental brews, we’re brewing Drifter again! There were so many of you who didn’t get to try it.
