Thundercask is our third barrel-aged release. It’s a mixed fermentation Saison aged in oak red wine barrels and pitched with a blend of our house culture and Brettanomyces.

After three years fermenting in barrel, Thundercask was selectively blended with our first barrel-aged release – A Golden Sour Ale to achieve balance, complexity and deep drinkability.

Subtl funky and delicately bitter. Expect fruity, floral and herbaceous aromas, a little pepper, spice and everything nice. It’s perfect to enjoy now… or save for an out-of-this-world occasion.
