Centennial and Cascade bring floral spice, layers of pine and pithy grapefruit bitterness. Dry-hopped with Strata and Columbus for big dank, resinous vibes, with liberal kicks of passionfruit.
Inverter is fermented on US-O5 for a clean finish, showcasing the hops.
