Doobie is a 4.8% Passionfruit Gose. It’s been soured in the kettle with our in-house lacto pitch and then fermented through and cut in with a mountain of passionfruit to build out a full-on fresh passion fruit landslide. We’ve added in pink Himalayan rock salt to give it a salty edge.

Soured over 4 days in the kettle using our house lacto-strain and salted in the boil with Pink Himalayan rock salt.
It was fermented through before being blended with a mountain of passion fruit.
It’s a BBQ summer party in a can. Puckeringly sour, delightfully salty and beautifully fruity.
Goes well with L-I-V-I-N.
