Description
Mixer is a collaboration with Little Monster Brewery.
We kettle-soured the beer overnight before adding 2g/L of pink Himalayan salt.
We then pressed 200kg of fresh pineapples and added the juice to the fermentation.
Goes well with backyard vibes.
Featuring Brendo, Head Brewer at Little Monster.
