JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Sales Director, the On-Trade Sales Manager, will be responsible for managing our On-Trade Sales Channel. The right candidate will have a track record of on-trade success both in London and across the UK. As well as being self-motivated and ambitious, they will also be able to demonstrate outstanding commercial understanding of the On-Trade, especially in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– To work with Sales Director to developing and execute strategies and plans across both our existing customer base and new business in line with Gipsy Hill’s top line plan.
– To ensure all of our on-trade customers are given industry-leading customer service.
– A focus on permanent lines within existing account and new business, especially in London.
– To complete all necessary sales reporting as required.

KEY COMPETENCIES
– An understanding and passion for great craft beer.
– A minimum of 2 years On-Trade sales & account management experience.
– Strong commercial understanding of the on-trade – especially in London
– An ability to use initiative and be pro-active in generating sales orders – Experience of using MS Office and CRM systems
– Fantastic presentation and communication skills
– Resilience, drive and motivation.

This role can be based remotely, however regular travel into our offices and brewery should be expected. Developing and harbouring a family feel is important to our culture here and we’d be looking for the successful applicant to be able to immerse themselves in that.
