At Gipsy Hill we produce big flavour, moreish brews. Our core beers are available all year round and the perfect partner for a midweek catch up. Our specials are experimental and seasonal brews that push the limits of our knowledge and equipment. Our barrel ageing project started in 2018 with 20 barrels – expect phased releases, nuanced flavours, and best-in-class bottles starting Christmas 2018.
