JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Direct Sales Executive, will be responsible for managing and growing our direct sales from our office base in Brixton. The right candidate will have an excellent phone manner, be self- motivated and ambitions to carve a career within an exciting, young business.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling our active and inactive customer base to generate sales orders from around the UK
  • Managing inbound sales orders from our direct customer base.
  • To ensure all our direct customers are given industry-leading customer service.
  • To process and upload orders to our CRM system and ensure the stock is managed correctly and effectively.
  • To complete all necessary sales reporting as required.

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • An understanding and passion for great craft beer.
  • Great communication skills and phone manner
  • An ability to use initiative and be pro-active in generating sales orders – Experience of using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Resilience, drive, and motivation

Depending on experience, the salary range for this role is between £24,000 and £26,000. There will also be a bonus structure in place for smashing targets!
