Bare Bones Tour
4th, 5th, 11th & 12th February
Get ready for The Bare Bones Tour – a double-decker bus, transformed into a bad-ass BBQ shack on wheels. Over a three-hour tour guests will be taken on a carnivorous pilgrimage of London’s very best restaurants and street food hotspots, meeting the chefs behind the flavour and feasting on exclusive off-menu tasters from Mark Gevaux (A.K.A Rib Man), Clutch Chicken, Bleecker, Foxlow and The Bowler Meatballs.
Meat Lust the street food inspired sauce junkies sport a range of four sauces: BBQ Mop, Chinese BBQ, Buffalo and Green Sweet Chilli. All of these boast hard hitting, in your face flavours that don’t apologise and all of which have been the inspiration for Ben’s on-board dishes.
In-between stops our on-board, award-winning chef, Ben Spalding, will be cooking up a storm on the top-deck creating lip-smacking food porn straight from the grill, expertly integrating the mouth-watering flavours of the Meat Lust range. If that wasn’t enough, we will be manning the downstairs bar, pairing Ben’s dishes to a rotating line-up of full-flavoured session beers.
